Twins Bedroom: The Twins Bedroom has two very comfortable
twin sized beds and sits quietly at the back of the house. This
bedroom shares a bathroom with the queen bedroom and is
adjacent the kitchen.
Bonus Room: Who is going to take the bonus room? This room
would be perfect for the children, but many adults would fight for
this room too. It has a porch that overlooks the dock and Jericho
River and as with the master bedroom, the bonus room has a
seating area for four people. The bonus room would make a
good place to entertain in the evening if people want to watch
different TV programs or movies. There is a full bathroom with a sauna. A
sauna is one of the best ways to cleanse the body, especially after a day
of sunbathing oils and lotions. Settle in and unpack your bags in the
oversized walk-in closest. The bonus room has two queen-sized beds.
Kitchen: The kitchen has place settings for up to 10 people. There is a
large refrigerator, microwave and stove as well as other mini-appliance for
your use. Save money by cooking at home.
The property is directly adjacent Dolphin Island and is 3-miles off I-95 at
exit 76 in Midway, Ga.
Vacation Rental Amenities
BBQ Grill: There is a BBQ grill in the backyard, over looking the
river, that you may use for cooking your daily catch.
Bikes: We have two adult sized bicycles for you to explore the local area.
Roads surrounding the property are very quiet and have a beach feel.
Boating Dock: The private dock is big enough for two boats up to 30 feet
in length. There is 10+ feet of draw at the dock, so we can accomodate
almost any sized boat.
Boat Launch: There is a boat launch less than 1 mile from our dock.

Maps: We have a wide variety of maps for both local fishing within
the Jericho River as well as maps for day trips to sites such as
Sapelo Island, Grey’s Reef, Savannah or Tybee Island.

Catherines's Island. Shimp Docks and Sunbury Crab Company are both
great options for Seafood.
Grey’s Reef: 17 miles off the coast. A great day trip for diving or
fishing.
St Catherine’s Island: Less than 45 minutes by boat. Enjoy having the
entire beach to yourself.
Sapelo Island: A two hour boat ride via the beautiful intercoastal
waterway. A great island full of history.
